Do I keep my own phone number?

What happens when the AI can't answer something?
It hands over to you. We set the rules together — anything about a complaint, a price it hasn't been given, or an emergency goes straight to a human, and you get a notification with the whole thread attached. It is built to stop, not to guess.
What does it cost, and is there a setup fee?

Is bulk texting my customers legal?
Only with their consent, and that is the part we set up properly. We build the opt-in into your forms and booking flow, every message carries a way to opt out, and STOP requests are honoured immediately and never overwritten.
